Bought this esr310 kit. The rear water line isnt working out. Was wondering if there are diff spigots for it? My pipe is a custom sectional and is pretty chubby. I have another sectional i tried on it and has the same problem. What are you guys running for spigots?

Sorry I didn't text you back earlier, I just ran out and looked at mine and it's almost identical. It's a little different since that's the older model but same location length and angle etc. It's got to be your pipes! My in frame drag pipe and FMF both cleared it. Not by much but it looks like your pipe sits lower in the frame to me

Im just trying to get a jump on this, anyone know if they make a spigot that goes straight out the back? I dont see anything on their website and want to start making one today if its something they dont have. I should be riding this thing right now but this has stopped progress!

Hello jeffatc250r

I suggest if you have a TIG welder and know how to use it that you start making one. The occasional improper or interference fit is simply because these parts are aftermarket and not OEM.

If you need a hose with a molded angle like 90 degrees to run off it then simply go to a big name auto parts store and ask to look at their heater hoses you will find one that size with a 90 around 6” from one end that is around 3” long. I do it all the time and have gotten the exact hose I mentioned dozens of times.

Hope this info helps

FWIW, I am running the ESR ATC5 pipe on my 350 and don't have clearance issues with that spigot.

You are the first person I have heard having this issue.... Have you tried calling ESR to see if that have different types available?

If so and it's no-go, I'm with Barnett on getting started making your own....

Well i gave ESR a call today and they dont offer any sother spigots. Had some time at lunch and widdled up this as my solution. I was gonna spin one up out of alum, but didnt have the right size stock on hand and would of required a visit next door and harrassing my neighbor, so i opted for the white trash fix with some steel, should work fine for what its doing.
