86-87 Silver Frame Paint for Tecate's???

Anybody have a good over the counter match for the frame. Just want to get a close silver match.

i asked same question awhile back. Someone posted "gentry gray" i believe. I picked a rustoleum metallic silver and im happy with that.

I posted the original colors from colorrite recently. It’s useless to ask for opinions on over the counter paint color since it is a subjective decision.

Just go to home depot look in their paint section, ask to take the lids outside in the sun, the color will look much different there. I try to avoid paint with a heavy metallic look, it’s a dirt bike not a BOAT.

I clear them with either semi or gloss clear lacquer from Verathane. The clear protects the paint from light scratches and makes the color “POP”.
