where you turn the gas on and off, for some reason while riding it keep moving its self to almost off i'll be riding and it will fall flat and try to stall reach down turn it back on good to go for a few more mins.. sucks having to keep reaching down to turn it back on lol, also not sure if its normal but full throttle down the road it vibrates so bad i can hardly hold the handle bar.

Check and see if you have a bent axle or rim.

Should be easy to tell if you have a bike motor in it unless they modded the kick starter some how. The bikes kicked towards the rear and the z kicks toward the front. Ill get you a picture in the A.M if no one else puts one up by then.

Does it have a power valve?

Post a photo of the right hand side of your engine and cylinder and we'll let you know. Your engine came with provisions for a PV but they only came stock on the YZ bikes.

Its your foot hitting the fuel switch, if your wear high boots or have a tendency to pull the right leg up..it happens..could be wore out o ring and seals too causin it to be a bit too loose..iv shut myself down a few times with this issue  i moved the pump to the backside of the mount.

i'll grab a pic later today, and i don't think so i just wear normal shoes lol but maybe my pants flapping in the wind could be hitting it, but it dose turn really easy

Does it have the same vibration at full throttle when you are sitting still and not going down the road?

if the switch doesnt have the spring in it, it wont stay in place.

it seems like it might be leaking as it looks wet, nothing to do tomorrow and i need to clean the carb so i'll take a better look at it then or maybe tonight not sure yet lol

As posted by Raffa, you can just remove it, it does nothing as the fuel can't flow unless the engine is running.

is it coming out of the pump petcock? .. looks to me you already dont have the 2nd one on there.... if its coming out the the lever area look for a new pump.. if its leaking on the bowl... use a garden hose rubber washer..and snug it up.

I don't mean to beat a dead horse. But the problem was your fuel pump switch keeps spinning off on you right?

The petcock has a spring in it that will hold the lever tight against the housing to keep it in place. If there's no spring, it will wiggle around. On the fuel pump, same thing, but its a wavy washer that puts tension on the lever to keep it in place.
