First off, great site and forum, I've been lurking for a while and got loads of help already. Now onto the Tri Moto. I just got this as a b-day
present to myself, which made th wife happy  lol, it didn't run had a
bad mix of gas and oil and a fouled plug. Here's what I did, first it has no oil tank so i have to premix, so I drained tank and mixed in 40:1. The guy I bought it from put half a quart in 1.5 gallons of gas, old stuff was nasty.
next replaced spark plug and plug boot. The carb was just rebuilt by a guy I work with who races quads so its ok. On Sunday I had it out riding with my wife in our field, she was on my Honda, it ran like a dream. No bad smoking, no hard starts, just ran real good. Now on Monday I took it out and she died about 100 yards from the garage, acting like it was flooded, and would'nt start again for a couple of hours. It's getting spark,
however the plug wire looks as though its seen better days, cracks in the rubber coating and it feels really stiff. Is there a way to change it w/o changing the coil or am I gonna have to pony up some dough?
Thank you for your help.
