ATC250r Frame/Seat Rubber 85 to 86 difference?

Is the rubber that sits on the frame and supports the seat actually dfferent for each year?
the discontinued 85 part # says it works on the 86 trx and the avail. atc 86 part # says it works on 87-989 trx?

Im refering to part # 17 in this diagram

85-86 are the same. If I'm not mistaken, the TRX's used the bushing at the plastic, while the ATC's goes on the frame. It's the same bushing tho.
