Well, the ice on the lake has basically melted here, very sad to see it go, but i can still see remnants of my ice track. It lasted almost a month longer than it did last year.
Anyone else have a good ice riding season?
Anyone still have ice?

Here is a few pictures of the current ice conditions and a trike who is missing the ice...

Being a resident of NY in my youth I lived on the St Lawerance Seaway. I loved ice fishing and being out in the ice and snow. Very fond memories of living there, I'd move back if the jobs were there.

I love the ice, however, i would trade it for sand dunes anyday!!! No good dunes around here :(

Ice is fun, but hitting them mud holes today in some private corn fields today was awesome! Fortunate enough to drive 5 houses away from my house to the end of the neighborhood to 40 acres of private trails and fields! Little bit of slush, water, mud and 50 degrees!

I love Ice fishing with my wheeler but its rare that the ice isn't covered by a couple feet of snow here. The woods are finaly melting enough to ride. Another week and it will be prime mudding. The bear claws are gunna love it!

I would like to try out the ice someday but for now snow and sand will have to do! This was my first winter in Oregon and being from Louisiana, the snow and mountains were new to me and the dunes experience will be new also. It's definitely a new experience here, I am used to flat high speed riding back home, where you spent more time at the top end of the power then anywhere else.

love riding in the ice and snow. did not get much this year but made the most of when we did. I noticed I hate how much of a tease it is that the areas I rode were the first to melt and areas I don't, remained snow covered for days longer. love whippin doughnuts in the snow. but now spring is here (better late than never) and it is time for the mud pits

Just remnants of snow here now. I'll miss it, but time to tune in to the gravel and dirt again. It was nice riding this evening; the big water run-offs kinda quieted down, and it was 30 degrees warmer than what I've been used to most of the winter.

This is my Cottage, in Marmora. We had about a foot and a half of snow, but it turned warm for a few days, and refroze, so i could ride right ontop of all the snow.... Was an awesome year for lake riding...
