I had this motor in a 1975 ATC 90 until the frame broke, so it needed a new home. I bought a pipe from KASEY, this thing sounds badass! I only wish I had the skills to shorten it a bit. What do you guys use to hold up the end of the pipe? Some kind of strapping? Also, I fabbed myself a foot brake. Still have some tweaking to make it work perfectly, but it does work.

My DG had an adjustable strap for bolting it in place. Could probably use something similar. How do you like the 110 compared to the lifan?

I had a 90 in a 70 a couple years ago, it's like that only peppier and no points... but to compare the Lifan manual to the dual range auto Honda 110 is hard. The Honda is obviously way smoother, less vibration, and plenty of power.

This is a project I really want to take on soon, having a110 with hi/low sounds intriguing but I like the idea of having a clutched 70 bike too

That looks like the same H&S head pipe I bought from Kasey for my 70 with an atc110 motor. On mine I heated it up just behind the foot peg and bent it up so the muffler is up a little higher and then trimmed the pipe down a few inches. For the mounting, I welded a tab on the muffler to bolt up to one of the grab bar bolts.
Yeah my pipe sounds real nice on mine too, big bore kit, cam, and some porting really woke it up.

Thanks for the info, I was wondering what kind of headpipe this is... man I just love it! I was also considering welding a bracket on it, as for shortening, I'm afraid I'd screw it up!
@JasonB... do BOTH!
