If you like the blue plastic look, ScottZJ might have some he might sell ya! ;) His bike was all blue and he just changed it back to white. Start listing parts you need here. Between the regulars, we should be able to have all the parts you need! Those rims are lookin sweet already!

thanks for the complement. they are douglas .190 10x9's with 20x10x10 fast trekkers. its funny you mention scottZJ, i have been talking to him about the same thing on another forum.lol. been trying to buy the blue light cover he has(got you on this fourm too). his trike looks great now, but it looked great before! if i have to replace the plastic anytime, i'll go with white or get the frame powdercoated flourescent orange and put black plastic and a black tank. just have to see what the day brings. not sure, but i might need a wiring harness, the one that came with the trike is from a 250x, but i think it will work with a couple of mods, plus i will have a key if i can figure out where to mount it. was considering making an aluminium box mounted on the opposite side of the oil cooler with the key in there. let me know what yo guys think. its not a complete 250x harness though, only the top half. thanks for the reply and offer of help, i might need it.lol. Yeah I guess he knew how cool I was so he had to get that blue X....hahaha Yeah I liked it but kinda got old with me. I am not sure I can part with the blue headlight...cuz its the best one I have as far as lights and looks lol..........peace

thanks guys. i aperciate the responses. i was hoping the trike was going to look nice, but couldn't have hoped for it to look this nice. i ust hope i can keep it looking this nice. how much better does the OEM plastic fit? I was thinking about buying some 86 and keeping the blue for riding. i bought some tribal flame decals for the fenders, hoping to keep the scratches from getting too bad. they are the same blue as the seat cover.

thanks guys. i'm going to put the engine in over my shutdown at work. hopefully it will be in and running by the 27th. i may have paid a little too much for a roller, bt i will know what i have when i'm finished. the complete bikes around here that are in the shape of this roller(that have an engine) sell for around $1600, and you never know what your getting. the engine i'm getting i have heard and seen run. when i'm done, i'll have somewhere around $1400 in it. but i don't plan on getting rid of it. i found some NOS 86 plastic i'm gonna buy, but the sh*t is high. its like $380 for the front and rear fenders, but thats ok.
