200s engine cylinder head problem

So i've taken off everything that seems to be holding the head on, and it just wont pull off. Guessing the valves need to be decompressed? How would i get about that, and do I need to buy a special tool, or can i get by with normal stuff?

Thanks in advance for any help, its really driving me nuts. Doing an AutoX build this spring, using a 200s bottom end and a 200x top end and i'm a rookie at all this stuff. Got a bad feeling its not gonna go as smooth as i thought. hahaa

Remove the camshaft , the 4 head nuts and the bolt under the cdi and it will come off . Tap it with a rubber hammer !!!!
