I'm sorry but I do not fully understand your question. I sounds like you have a clutch that has a 1" straight hole in it and you want to have a sleeve installed in it to not only reduce the size of the hole but also taper it. Is this the case? Just curious, how are you arriving at needing a 3/4" taper? A tapers could be any angle as well as any diameter? Are you measuring the taper on the small end? My first inclination is to say no. Why do you want to do this?
