Is it possible to remove a sleeve from a cylinder and have a new sleeve installed?

Yes. Your local machine shop should be able to do it.

Hello
Yes just as 200x newby said. It is a very common procedure. Just curious what happened to yours to make it bad enough to need replacing?

You can easily get a sleeve for any motor ever made here. If they don't have it they can make it for a reasonable price.
