how much fork oil for an 86 350x?

restoring my 350x and when it comes time i need to rebuild the forks. just wondering how much oil goes in each fork? and what brand and weight do you guys recommend?

Whatever the manual says for volume.

I like 20wt with Progressive springs.

x2, Belray 20wt with progressive springs for me. I have done that on all my trikes. Look in your manual for the proper amount of oil in your forks.
