Any tips or tricks to removing tank filter from a Honda gas tank?Trying to remove one from 350x and save it.

If it's the same style as the 84 BR they can get rusted/stuck in there pretty good. I had to destroy mine to get it out and they are pricey suckers to replace, around $20. You could try to tilt the tank on it's side and spray in a healhty dose of your favorite penetrating oil and let it sit. It's worth a shot.

Actually got it out.Threaded a 3/8" bolt in it and hooked slide hammer to it.Come,bleed or blister and it came out.

I've had luck with a coarse thred lag bolt.
Did you lose that invisible tiny 'o' ring that sits under the gas valve?
I did.

doesnt hurt to push them into the tank then fish it out.
