Will these nuts work on my 200x and will rims from a 350, 250r or 400ex work on my 200x?

Yes they will probably work, however most of the nuts you see on e-bay are the thin flange, serrated style and are not the best choice.
They will be hard on your wheels.
Yes the wheels you listed are of the same bolt pattern. (4-110)

However the late model wheels use a tapered nut (similar to an automotive lug nut) so you will need new lug nuts unless your 200x is an '86, I believe allready has the late style nuts.
As far as the hubs, the bolt pattern is the same but I don't know about the splines.

I have a set of 400ex hubs that fit on a 200x axle. They will not fit the 350x though.
