So a couple years ago I picked up an 85 atc70. I really didnt have plans for it, but the price was right. I ended up selling the motor, front fender and exhaust. I used the tires, pullstart, and seat on another 70 I picked up. So I was left with a nice gas tank, straight frame, forks and axles.
This sat till a friend of mine traded me a 84 atc110 motor. The motor needed a new shift shaft and some minor work.
The whole thing ended up at my buddies down the road. I got a DG pipe for a atc110 and took an atc110 aftermarket header and made a new pipe. With a little time and barely any money my buddy and I were able to put it all together.
I still need to mount an air filter on and re-jet the carb. Also it has a little oil leak from an oil seal or nick in the case that I will fix. The little bugger rips though. I like the high/low trans too. The low will be great for our tight little woods course.

I used the original top motor mount. Cut the fram a little and welded in new lower motor mounts. Welded front mounts to help.support the motor weight. You have to dent the carb side of the tank pretty good to male it fit. I shunned the motor to one side and ground the front sprocket down to fit a atc70 chain.
The 125 fits but I think it takes more fabrication.
