Heres a video for yall. I was pretty tired when I took this so excuse my muffled voice .

Still have lots of little stuff to do.

I built this thing in about 1-2 months, started with blown up cherry 83r, rebuilt the whole motor (top and bottom), had some port work done to suit my riding style(top end power only),ESR reeds with block, keihin PWK 39.5 mm carb,DG 1.0 exhaust, and lots more misc stuff. Only have got 3-4 hours on it so far. I've very happy with it.

Still need to get a bigbore pipe built for it, or pick up a mugen 360 pipe, and cut it accordingly. I also need to wet sand that stupid boot scuff mark off the rear fenders (You'll see in one of those pics) it really bugs me.

Theres just something about the 83-84 250R's that I like that no other trike has. I would love to find me another cherry 83-84 and build it like this one so I have a set of two(After I finish this one:lol:).

Let me know what yall' think.

Love it!! I really like the super scoops and the 350x headlight looks so much better than the stocker, actually the 350x is the best looking light assy on any trike.

The rear tires and wheel look sick!! Its looks fast just sitting there.

Thanks for all the complements, Heres a couple pictures of how it look before I removed the baja head light it came with, and the 200X front fender. These were took the morning after I got it running in late January. You can probably see little stuff that I've changed from these pics, to the current pics above. Like I said, this bike still has a ways to come before its "Completed".

Btw, the Hoosiers are only temperamental I run those at the local flat track races once or twice a year. I have a extra set of bead locks I will be putting a set of maxxis Razor 2's on, or I may try to find a cherry set of 9 inch goldie's so I have a matching rim combo. Not sure yet .

where you find a baja headlight like that? That looks neat. I building a 84 250r too, tearing it all down and building it back up. I think I may have to find some super scoops

The bike came with the light, its super bright, and worked great. As for the scoops, there guy that makes repops of the ones that I have on Ebay, and in the 3ww store.

Real nice looking rig, I'm a big fan of the 83-84s also-You mentioned it had a 200X fender on it that you didn't like so you switched it, so the 3rd gen R fender bolts right up to the bottom triple of the gen2, or did you have to do some drilling?

Nice air cooler! Actually really like the 350x light in there, and the baja light looked sweet too! Haven't seen one of those before. Vintage stickers, sweet pipe, big bore air cooler. I like! Nice work man, nice work!

The 3RD gen 250r front fender is bolt on. no drilling needed.
