sounds like timing is off, piston is not compressed when chamber combusts?

If you start a bike up cold, let it idle for a couple of minutes, and check the plug, in most cases it will normally be black and wet, 2 stroke or 4. They all run super rich while they are cold, and you cannot take any valid plug readings that way. All readings must be talken AFTER you reach full operating temp. Then you need a top end reading to setup the main, a half throttle reading to setup the needle/clip, and you setup the pilot air screw for best throttle response off of a stable idle, and its needs to be done in that order.

I don't think its the timing because a little 70 probably wouldn't idle if the timing was off. I think you're float is getting stuck open since the plug is black and gas is coming out the vent tube. If you're gonna open up the carb, go ahead and get a carb rebuild kit. Hope this helps

yeah like i said befoer its most likely the carb or timing. Heres a old trick me and by friens use and its werks like a charmer. take trailprotrailpro carb off trailprotrailpro bike and take it apart, then boil it in vinegar. The vinegar will take all the dirt off the whole carb. This may sound stupid to u butit werks. o yeah do this outside on a camp stove or sumting and a old pot cuz it will make trailprotrailpro house smell. (learned from experience) then jus dry it with a hair dryer and put back on the bike, if it dont werk its either off timin or trailprotrailpro nedle and seat r gone, which also causes plugs to turn black.
