3ww community, any of you ever tried wrapping the fenders, tank, head light or any other part of your trikes with graffix wrap like they do to automobiles for advertizing or just plain wild looks. was wondering if it's been done and if so how does it hold up.

I know a guy who wrapped an entire trail 70 frame. It can be done with enough patience. I've also seen pics of a tank and fenders that were dipped into the tank with the graphics floating in it. Hard to explain unless you see the process, but it's pretty wild.

I have done a Trail 70 and fenders in carbon fiber on another Trail 70. I have plans, not time, to wrap some more like my 73 ATC70. I have seen quads and street bikes wrapped. I have a 99 Z50R that I am wrapping in a week or so to test out some new textured wrap. Thing is it will not last forever if you are gonna ride the crap out of it. Adhesion on the plastic can be a problem. I will be testing more in the future.

Wow, that's a cool looking 70, Bruce!
In response to Donwon, there was/is a guy on here who wrapped a big red in camo tape, it came out really nice. he also lifted it, it was a badass bike, maybe someone can link that in here...............

If your on facebook.check.out Designstar 3. They do wraps on some professional race bikes, cars trailers etc. Top of the line quality. I have been thinking of having them do my atc70/110.

reason is i'm putting syspension forks on my 110 so i wanted to wrap the fender and light in blue to match the rest of it. to tell you the truth i'd almost rather trade the fenders, light, tank, and forks for some red one's. there's a place a couple miles north of me that wraps anything think i'll see if they can match the trike first. if anyone has anymore pictures of wrapped trikes post them please, like to see what you came up with.

Is your 110 blue? If so, sell the blue plastics, tank and fork, and then just buy red ones.
