El Camexican is correct that is the gasket, Yamaha still sells them too. Tricky part is there is another cone shaped gasket that goes between jug and that one. Those are discontinued and tough to find, Good news is Raffa is working reproducing them so should be available to us shortly.

FMF sells a pipe for the early 90's YZ/WR 250's and it comes with an O-ring. If I were to ever make a pipe I'd start with one of those, fits the snout like a glove.

You can use high temp silicone also. Raffa gave me that little tip. Just take the pipe off and clean it inside the flange area first. You want to apply the silicone around the inside of the pipe about 1/8-1//4". Let it dry good. You can do it ll at once or 2 small layers....just let the first one dry before you apply the second. Worked great on my tri z.
