This exhaust came on my Yamaha 225dr when i first bought it back in '09. Took it off and put an oem one on instead. Motor mounts line up perfectly and is the same exact shape as my oem exhaust.
What do you think?

I want to find out what it is, so I can list it for sale.

Maybe oldskool?

Let me know

I am 75% sure that is an old DG pipe.

Is there any clues that lead you to think that?
Thanks for replying!

my old riding partner had a yamaha 200E that had a DG exhaust and it looked pretty close to the pipe in your pictures. The end cap is what makes me think its a DG. You may want a few more opinions though.

I have a new DG exhaust and the exit of the muffler is not like the one in this thread. Maybe the older model are different. It could be a Cobra..?

It's cool to see there's still a little aftermarket support on the 225s. I wasn't a big fan until I rode one that was running right & I would def own one(one day, right?) where you been hiding, Yamada?, haven't seen you around in years!

Well I have less time than I had back then to come on the forum, but I'm stil alive. I still have my 225, and a atc70 that need work, and I also bought a project atc70 in a box. I was planning to put a 110 engine in it. But I'm still waiting to win at the lotto to start all my projects...
But I try to stay positive, I always try to have a 3-wheeler in running condition to play with!
