honda 250es big red fork repair

i have a right side fork with the cap and 4 nuts on it that 1 of the studs is snapped off. what is the best way to repair this ?

bump= nobody has had a broken stud ?

the come out of the forks..use vice-grips if you can grip it..or thread a nut on and tack weld it. and remove it that way
