I thought I had read somewhere u could use a 250R front rim and tire on a tri-z. Cant really find proof.
Is this true?? Does it work and is it a direct swap? Has anyone actually done it? Axle diameter, caliper clearance, fork boss sizes.
Let me know. Thanks.

think the rotor had to be shimmed out.. if i recall... I know for sure you could use the whole 86 front end with caliper in the triz tripples if you wanted..

Raffa, do you mean the 86 r forks etc will fit the 86 z triples?

you could run a 350X / 200x front end in a 85 tri z also... many racers did....not me
