So I was on my way up to Valley Springs to go look at a 71 f250 highboy when suddenly I spot 3 bike in a trailer 2 of them being 3wheelers so being me I turn around and stop to look at em. First impresions were that wow what a pile, then I look at the frame that was sitting there next to the cr125 and it was a 1986 200X frame. It had the front/rear end on it as well as the motor in it the wheels and tires weren't on it but the were setting next to it., then I look through the other boxes by the trailer and I was thinking by golly its all there just all torn apart, motor turns over nicely rear tires are in near perfect shape and has new sprockets on it too. Then I think well maybe this isn't to bad after all, I see a 83-85 first gen bottom end thats got a brand new rod and 10.25 weiseco piston and looks as if it had work done to it recently, a cr125 with a fresh top end (I took the header off and looked through the exhaust port) and the 85 200x wasn't anything to scream about but hey, good parts bike.....(Like I need another bike to add to the 34 in my grave yard yeah great idea:rolleyes::lol:). Anyways so I wright the number down and kept truckin to get to where I originally intended. I finish up looking at the truck and then head back down to see if anyone was home yet, and low and behold a older guy most likely in his late 60-70s answered the door and says, "You interested them motor scooter parts up there?" I says, "yup, whats the story on em?" So he tell me about 4-5 years ago his son who owns a demolition company found these in a building he was tearing down and brought them to his house. So he said he took em and didn't even really mess with them, just set them on pallets under tarps and that was it. Then he says they were pristene when they were brought to his house but the sun is really all that got them. Then he tells me, oh yeah they were in the house that was being demo'd too that why the white one over hear has all these dents and busted fenders.

So long story short I got 3 bikes for a bill that have a lot of new stuff on em, like sprockets and chains, top ends, exspensive stuff ya know?.

I have 0 dollars in the 86 and it didn't even take me a whole day to get running and reassembled.

This is next to be rebuilt after the 84 R and my ol' faithful 86 350X are finished. Such a fun bike.

Also sorry for the crappy pics I'll get better ones soon.

Funny to say that the 86 200X was the saddest looking, since it was bare with just the motor in the frame.

enjoy

Pretty nice score, have you ran the vins on em though being they were in a house that was getting demoed sounds like they were hidden there. Also raises a flag to me when the guys son was a demo man and they started tearing the house down before walking through it to make sure it was clear.

I ran em on my way back to my aunt's place same day. (Dmv is real close to her house). And they're all clean and out of the system. Thank god for that because If they had 900$ of back tags, I'd be selling them all 3 for 375$ for the bundell. I go to the dunes, and local trails around here so a bike with no registration is just about useless to me.
