The other day i went riding in deeper snow with my 1983 200e big red, When i hit deep snow i hit the throttle hard and went real slow but was making it thru. Then my bike lost power and stalled. After that it did not start and so i left it for about 10 mins or so and came back to it and it finally started. I went riding again and I was going up a hill and the bike stalled at the top and the when it did start it had no power at all and was just rolling when i hit the gas it bogged down and almost died. The next time it stalled i Shook the bike back and forth a lot and the bike started up and it had power again and i didnt have a problem the rest of the day. I think that it is the float getting stuck and not allowing the bike to run right. Let me know what you guy's thing and what i should do?

I would deff say its fuel related. I would pull the carb and clean it and check your float level and try it. Let us know how it works for ya.

Does it backfire at all when before it dies?

I'd say for sure it's a fuel problem. Gas isn't getting into the carb bowl fast enough. It could be the float sticking or not adjusted right, the gas cap not venting, or the fuel screen inside the tank partially plugged.
Edit: I thought of one other thing, you could have a valve sticking when the motor get's hot. Which would result in a pop like Cornholio asked (I'm guessing he was thinking valve), and you'd have no compression until the motor cooled.

When i start the bike it backfires a lot but not loud, so not sure if that is related to carb

You simply need to clean/strain all the fuel in your tank. Clean the tank and strainer, take off your carb, clean it. Put an in line filter in your line. And you should be good to go.
