Like the title says, just wondering if these kits are decent or not. Thanks!

They are awesome. Didnt the 88 250r come with them?
The stroker cranks are also great.

Ive had a +4 stroker in my 265 pv duncan motor for two years now. One year was a race season and the other a trail season. It has got worked over pretty well no issues as of yet. (knock on wood)

Hot Rods is Wiseco brand, supposed to be good quality, but I have used two of them in TriZ's, and I got about half the lifespan as I do from OEM.

100+ hours on the one in my bike with ZERO wear. Pulled the crank apart and it was still like new.

Back when they where first introduced I bought one for my LT250. I was just worried about my 6 year old factory crank so I thought I was just doing preventive maintenance.
Well, the hot rod did not last the season and I replaced it with OEM parts and it ran for the next 2 owners for over 10 years.
I will never buy another.

Interesting, exactly the kind of input I was hoping for. Sounds like they are decent, but I think I will go with oem from Yamaha. Thanks guys!
