How much for new Stator?

how much are they? i am going to honda shop and get one...was wondering where the prices range thanks

They told me about $105 for one on my 4-zinger(thats the reason I haven't got it yet lol).

My guess would be $191.40 (I looked on bikebandit.com). Honda charges way too much for new ones. Buy a used one from someone that you trust that knows it is good or Howdy might have an aftermarket one that you can solder on.

Usually you dont need a whole stator assembly. In Yamaha's the littlest coil, the pickup coil, is the one that will go bad (usually open) and leave you with no spark. They cost about $35 from the dealer. I happen to have one from a TriZinger that I replaced unneccessarily because a wire was broken coming offcf it it instead of the coil itself. If anyone is interested, Ill see if I can find it for $20 shipped.

I might be interested.The pickup coil is the thing in between the two charge coils right?This is good because I won't have to pay yamaha's outragous oem prices.
