Well, the tecate is broken again. ( I had a pretty bad roll over yesterday. I was racing down the road, and hit a patch of ice and slid off the road into a snow filled ditch doing about 70 (wide open). I rolled it a couple of times. I'm glad I didnt get severly hurt at least, and Im glad I had my helmet. Anyways, the first thing I noticed was that the carb was pouring out gas out of the overflow, but stopped later on. I tried to start it, and it wouldnt even pop, so I had it pulled back to my house. I tried starting fluid, thinking it was flooded, and still nothing, so I took the sparkplug out, and tested for spark, and nothing!? I looked at all the wires as best I could, and didnt see any that were ripped or unhooked. I wonder what the heck the problem is. I even tried a diffrent spark plug, and nothing. What does it sound like to you? Thanx again for your help.

i would think it would be electrical, check over every wire and get a multimeter to test your coil, stator and whatever else you need to.

pull the stator cover over off and make sure you didnt knock a magnet off

Yep, I would check the magnets first. I hear they are bad about coming off.

Yea I had that problom the other day. Was not getting a spark but the spark plug was still good. For me I think it was a wire, or one of the battery terminals came disconected when I hit a ditch. But check you connection.
