Hey there. Just rebuilding 2 sets of 86 forks and I want to get a kit with the dust seals and fork seals. What dirtbikes or motorcycle has the same forks so I can order them aftermarket from kimpex or something since they dont list them for a tri z specifically.
Only reason I dont want to go to yamaha is because I work at a suzuki dealer and I get a wicked deal on suzuki or aftermarket parts only.
Thanks.

Go oem only from what i was told. Im pretty sure atc 250r fork seals are the same but double check.

+2 Oem was the best way I found. Only way I found to get the actual seals and dust seals.... it's not cheap either

I have used all balls kits on other forks and they worked just fine.
Ordering from the yamadealer is a pain in the ass for me.

I understand.

IMO, OEM parts just always seems to have better quality, and last longer.

Good luck on your search.

I fitted cheap eBay rubbish and they blew one first jump then got oem and still going strong. Pay the cash and they'll last for ages. IMO

you will find the oil seals aftermarket but i dont think your gonna get the dust seal. i have never seal a set for the tri z unless they are coming from yamaha.

I know the honda 250r fork seals fit the z. Does anyone know if the wipers do aswell? I can get honda parts easily and for cost aswell.
Sucks living in the middle of nowhere, its atleast an hour and a half each way to the nearest yamadealer.

if the r seals fit i would guess you can make the wipers work as well.the i.d and the o.d has to be the same for the oil seals to fit so the i.d and o.d of the wiper has to be the same.

Yes that would make sense.
I may order a set and try it.
