3rd gen 250r front shock/suspension question

hey guys one of the valve stems of my forks has been broken off and a screw replaced it :/ now ive been working on this project for almost a year and its time to address the suspension. Where can i get a cap for the shock? Also they both are down to the springs so i need to replace seals, oil etc...anyone have a good link to a how to rebuild forks thread? would it be more economical to buy a pair from a local seller for 100? thanks for looking.

Search Ebay for a cap. Rebuild them. 20.00 for seals and some fresh fluid will make them like new. Very easy to rebuild. Be sure to clean out the lower tubes real well. The manual tells you everything you need to know.
