How far should i tighten the (pressure plate?) theres i think 8 or so bolts with springs on them, and i changed my clutch plates and forgot to see how far in the were adjusted.

Well, I checked boyth my manuals and they did not say. On the hondas the books just say tighten securely. I usuallyrun themdown till the springs bottom then give it a little more. Good luck.

6flbs. BUT NO MORE!!! the springs will keep them tight ,or you could break one off.

when i put new clutches in my Z i used a 1/4 inch rachet. tightened them down just snug then gave about a 1/2 turn on each. the springs will hold pressure on the bolts. or try using a small 1/4 torgue wrench. dont use a 3/8 it is too big and wont calibrate correctly. youll torgue down more with a bigger torgue wrench. just be careful i broke one off. but thanksfully i had extras. good luck
