yeah, it really depends on your location and what people are normally willing to pay/get from that area. pics would help narrow down what your wanting, but that would just be opinion basicly. also everyone has their own idea of what mint, nice, good, poor or trashed is. best thing to do is look up for similar items in your area and figure out what you think is average or fair. i know it doesn't exactly answer your question, but your question is one without a definite answer that can be given. :beer
