Got my J. Swinehart 250es side cover ! Very polishable !

Took advantage of Johns Black Friday sale. Got the big res side cover, it's awesome. Very thick and strong.

Then here is after minimal sanding and polish. I could for sure go even farther with it to really remove any casting marks. Super nice piece. Now I'll get decals.

And the piece IS NOT WET in these after pics. Completely dry and clean.

what did you end up using for the shine- i assume 3m?

3000 grit sanding with a da, then polishing compound with a 3 inch air tool
