If you notice in this picture, the blistercard does not have the Terry Fork Kit contents and the decals are no longer under the vacuum sealed plastic. I've started to put my 81-82 front forks together. I've gotten all the replacable Honda factory internals, NOS fork tubes and I'm waiting for the Progressive Fork Springs to arrive any day now. The lower fork tubes are ones that I got along time ago.158766

I have a set of dampeners for an 85 Z that a member gave me a good deal on. By far one of the hardest retro race peices to find for me. I hadn't seen more than 2 for sale in five years(these being the 2nd).

Everyone wants the 200x kit I have. I don't know if anyone wants the other kit or not? We need to get you the 350x/250r/progressive springs and bits for the Tiger.

Timmy, find out if Mike has my parts done or not. I've been looking forward to coming up, but the parts haven't been done yet. I would like to get the parts when I come up. I really would like to get the parts swapped out on the nicholson.

if the other kit is for a 185/200s style i might have a use for it.. yes, we do need to get the tiger stuff up here. along with the tiger 250, the 2 nick engine's and the hp atc 110. now hannah really wants to race next season so she has decided to sell off her crf 100 and invest into a race trike. i think she'd hoping that tri-monkey racing is going to sponsor her a suspended 110 chassis. oh, and i could meet this sunday?

I may have to work this Sunday. I'm scheduled off Saturday for sure. Depending on the temp, if my company has to keep the boiler on, I'll have to work Sunday for sure. Oh, Captain Morgan and the Morganettes were at work yesterday. Wow!:naughty:

I had to go buy a wooden dowel from the local hardware store and take it to work to sharpen in down so it would hold the inner piece to tighten up the lower bolt and sealing washer. The first one is tightened up, but it wouldn't work on the 2nd fork leg, so I have to take it back to work and and sharpen it up again. Should have the 2nd leg tightened up tonight after work. The progressive springs have arrived, so need to get those in next and see if I need to set some preload (make up some pvc spacers) and then re-hardware the upper fork caps before I reassemble. Progressive suggests starting with 15wt fork oil, so I will. Should be a stellar difference between rebuilt with stock and aftermarket parts, instead of worn out stock.

The one fork leg is giving me fits. LOL But the good news is, while sniffing around on ebay today, I found another 81-82 atc250r Terry Fork kit also still on the blister card! Of course I hit the buy it now and it should be here soon.

159657159658159659Here's some picture proof for the doubters and nay-sayers. I can't believe you guys let these slip by you. And if you knew what I paid, you'd be really upset. I think these look even better than the last set I had. You won't believe how many people have been bugging me about these already and they weren't even here yet!
