what year are these 250R wheels?

these are 250R rims. there is a number stamped on them...9x8.0AT 8 86
does the 8-86 mean the month and year? they are one piece offset and have extra washers or something around the lug holes.
the tire is 20x10x9. they look like original tires. is this the original size? i got them for cheap and hope to fit them on an atc90.
i need a matching front rim - did honda ever change the tint of the gold from year to year or will any year match this gold?

Those are TRX rims. The TRX rims fold the outer rim lip over whereas the ATC 250R lips are folded in like a circular taco. Sorry, a crappy description.

yes they are 86 those 2 numbers on right on most honda wheels represent year code

Is the gold any different cause im going to have to buy an atc250r rim for the front to get avoid an offset rim!

There may be a variance in color but that is because of exposure to sunlight or riding style. Here riding my gold wheels it will start to dull the gold.

Webster, I've got a pretty nice '85 gold 250r front wheel with a good tire, 65% tread or so. $75 I'll can get some pics tomorrow evening if your interested.

You do realize that a 4 bolt 250r front rim just won't bolt up to an atc90, right? Besides the 90 normally being 3 bolt, there are still alot of differences between a 4 bolt 110 hub, which would basically be a bolt on operation, and a 250r front hub. The front wheel swap is not a bolt on and go deal.
