1984 200m Fork Boot Question

anybody know if the 200m had lower fork boot clamps? it seems like there is an indent in the plastic of the boot for a clamp. i have two 200m's and neither has a lower clamp. just wondering.

agree with mr.sound clamps only on the top of all of my honda trikes.... ever....
