I've been debating a carb upgrade for a month or so now due to the power restriction induced my my stock unit. Its been suggested that I look into a keihin pj34 for my 84 250r but the price of around 150 is hard to justify when it runs fine stock.
Today however, I came across a mint pj34 on my local craigslist that a guy took off his 89' trx250r to go bigger. I will be picking this bad boy up thursday morning for a small fee of 50 bones. This thing is super clean in the pictures, everything's there, and believe it or not the first carb I've ever seen on craigslist happens to be the exact model I'm looking for. I consider this three day late birthday luck.
If anyone has experience with this setup and could point me in the right direction of a good range of jets to pick up (84' R, All stock with a near future exhaust upgrade) I would greatly appreciate it.
