Is this a Tri-Z hub on a 250R rim?

I picked this up quite some time back for a Z build. I never installed because I went a different direction with it. Anyhoo, I was told this is a machined hub so an R rim will fit a Z. I know for a while some people were doing that. Is that what I have here? I have to find out before I try to sell it.

yep, missle racing hub. Do you have the caliper brackets to relocate the caliper inside the rim?
