Read the manual over on how to disassemble the top end. I didn't read your other post but from what I took from this post is that something broken locked the engine up and then by bump starting it its unlocked and now it has no compression. Thats leads me to think that maybe your timing chain broke witch then piled up around the crank. Then when you bumped it it freed the chain, witch would allow the piston to move but because the valves arn't opening you don't have any compression. Its just an idea it coudls be something else you won't know until you open the motor up.

I would pull the cover off the left side of the engine that say (cdi) then pull it over watch to see if the stator moves counter clock wise. if it doesn't move then you got a busted timing chain.

i wonder if a valve got stuck and broek the piston, you definatly have somethign mechanical going on.side note, wonder of timing chin stretched or snapped and caused valves to hit piston.

thats the one i have I need 1984
The only different between points and CDI is what's under the CDI cover, and even then there's not much of a difference.

take what off? the CDi assembly? if that is what you are refering too, you did not read the manual did you? :P
take the cdi cover off, then take the bolt out of the center of the cam that holds the rotor on. then disconnect the 2 wires coming out of the cdi assembly, then undo the 2 9mm bolts that hold the cdi housing onto the head. gently pry it away from the head and then use your fingers to pull it off. should slide right off in 1 assembly.
after that you shoudl be looking at the cam sprocket and timing chain.

or you can just pull the cdi cover and pull it over if nothing in the timing/cam assy is broken then the rotor should spine when you pull the engine over.
