I've got the rear gears out of my QT and am in the process of swapping them into a zinger. I've not pressed the Zinger gear off yet,But there is a definite size difference in the diameter
of the hole in the middle. The zinger ring gear also appears to be a tad bit thicker.
Can anybody who has done the swap,Care to enlighten me?
Thanks

I wish I could but the great builder who performed my swap has passed on. I never did ask him what all was involved. I can tell you that it feels like a very tall gear to me as mine has a 2 speed auto trans. built by Raffa with NOS and it takes it 600ft to wind out close to 40 mph with 230lbs on it. Let me know what you come up with..I wanted to know the difference and possibly slap a stocker rear end back in it for the TF13 drags. Good luck

Not the best pictures,But you can see the difference in the gears. The QT gears are on the right. PeeWee cycle also sells a gear for in the engine that is supposed to work like the QT gears.

I don't remember getting the gear machined out, but can't remember exactly what the gear was gotten out of either. Believe it or not at one time you get some performance zinger parts though.
