just to brag a little and if someone else wants ideas maybe?
the orange 1974 K-2 has an almost new rear fender and i made the decal, new seat cover, six pack rack, front light guard and matching helmet!
i flipped the hubs inside out(you can see the gold adapter on the outside. it extended the rear tires 6" but its almost too much. its hard to turn but its stuck the ground really well! hard to even try to force it to 2 wheels. the tank graphic is really nice, took alot of trades to get this tank. i just got some front fork extenders. i think ill paint them black and put them on this bike?
the blue 1970 K-0 has the rare pegs on it and fesh powdercoat on the rims. i know most guys hate these tires, but these arent the biggest heavy kind. these are smaller diameter even though it says they are 22x11x8 they only measure about 20" and the tread is a little different. they actually handle really well. this bike sits lower too i dont know if they made the seats lower on the K0 than the k2? i wound up having to tube all 3 tires so after i got them powdercoated, got new rings and valve stems (then didnt use them) & bought tubes, it would have been easier and cheaper to buy aluminum one piece rims from DrATV!
