This is my first post on the board. I just finished restoring a 1982 Honda ATC 200. Rebuilt the carb, the bike started second pull. I can't get it to hold an idle or fully get rpm's. I have tried the needle in all 5 positions. The pilot is out 2 turns. It starts great using a little throttle, usually first pull when cold. When I try full throttle it sounds like it is running out of gas and it blows smoke. Already fouled one plug after messing with it for a day. Any help or tips would be appreciated. I have tried all I know.
