so i went up the street the other day to look at a quad some kid was selling for 200 bucks. he said the motor was seized and it was no good. turned out to be a beat up 300 ex someone chopped up. turns out though it was a conversion bike and someone mounted a minty fresh 350x motor in it. after meeting the kid, who was only 90 lbs soaking wet i decided to give him his 200 and took it home. i was right and he was just too small to kick the beast of a motor over. started right up and runs like a top! ive never owned one of these motors and dont know much about them. i found the decompression lever on the top of the motor but there is another lever above the kicker. what is that all about. there is no longer a cable coing to it. thanks for any help
