I think my 200x is not getting oil to the top end .... I took the back right head bolt off and both rocker caps . I see no oil ? Should oil flow out of the back head bolt when its removed ?? Whats the best way to chek for oil flow ? I have a 200s valve cover on it so i dont have that bolt with the. Copper washer on it

Bad oil pump or clogged passages ? What should i check. Thanks

Remove one of the valve covers and start it up . Should be plenty of oil visible their . Can also shine a flashlight and see if the cam valley has oil in it .

There was no oil found the culprit . took the right cover off there was Rtv stuck in the hole leading up to the top end . Soon as i get a new gasket which i broke should be good . At least i didn't fry the top end . Still ran good lol

The one should flow throught the right side case and go to the crank shaft.

You still have crud in the passages , also its time to inspect the oil pump very close for wear .

What shortline said.

Also, don't use RTV for your valve cover sealer. Use Hondabond (I think that's what it's called) or threebond 1194. IIRC that's what the manual calls for.

RTV will kill ya, 3 Bond in certain places or a tiny amount for silicone if cases have a ding in them etc etc.

You did put the teenie tiny rubber plug in correct? Thats how oil passages were made; Honda drilled then plugged the other side...........

Then oil went to the proper place. Post up some pics if you can.
