250es vs 250sx parts interchangeable

What all parts are interchangeable on the SX and ES? I know the engines and rear ends are pretty much the same. But what about the tanks? I was thinking of getting this ES tank for my SX, but not sure if it will work. Thanks for any help.........peace

well i have had a sx and now have a es but for the life of me i don't know if they interchange or not.
there might be a issue with the bottom rear of the es tank.

i can take some detailed pics of my 250 bigred tank ( mounted ) if you want + e-mail them to you if you'd like ScottZJ.

Thats cool. I might try to get my buddy Howard to take one of my SX tanks home with him and see if its the same as the Red tank..........peace
