Act 90 guys need help

Ok I finally got my 90 running, it has the sl90 manual trans swap done to it and when I go to let off the clutch it Boggs down and dies on me. I have a munki 24 carb on it and when I check the plug it is black as could be? I'm not sure on what to do and I've moved the needle all the way up and all the way down and the plug seems to stay black? Any ideas? Thanks in advance to whom ever chimes in

Jets too big. Maybe one or both too big. Only way to do it right is to do plug chops. Do a search for how to do plug chops, it's been covered before.

Any idea on what size jets I should get?

Not a clue, but I would say smaller than what you have now.
