Picked this up yesterday. Runs great. Both hi and lo work and shifts through all the gears and seems pretty much smoke free. Dig the crazy lawn tractor rear tires! LOL Sat for years and the owner needed the cash. Gave me the rear rims with the crappy rear tires. Toolbox even has the toolbag in it!!! Using the drive train for the bandito frame with the Rutt Ryder on it. Might get the seat recovered as the foam looks to be in good shape. Rear fender has seen better days, but I have some rear fenders. Didn't try the lights-Doh! I have some bulbs, I think. Tank has a pinhole leak, but I have some tanks. I have headlight shells as well. If I want to trash the headlight mounts on the Rutt Ryder, I could install my Desert light set up.....a tough decision. Oh, $300.153648153649153650153651153652153653

153660Here's the bandito with the Rutt Ryder. Not much to look at right now. Just fitting it all together. And yes, my basement (my house too) is a mess. LOL

I was just trying to get it pieced together and running. After that, may pull apart and hit it with some paint. Didin't want to get real serious into it though. I can put some gingerbread on it if I want. I have big bore pistons, stroker cranks, aftermarket bits and pieces. Heck, even a Johnson electric start kit for the 90/110 if I wanted. I do have a couple other suspension 90/110 frames that I really should work on let alone a bunch of other incomplete projects. Just playing since I have some time off and need to do some "me" things and forget about work for a bit. Maybe I'll just sell it and move on to a better project. Let a new owner detail it their own way.

2nd Rutt Ryder I've had. The first was a little rough, but had potential. This one is really nice though. It really needed to go on a trike. It would make a nice rider for someone. Wish I had way more room. I really do need to sell some stuff. LOL I haven't seen any Tigers for sale in a long time, wonder if there is any demand?

nice talking to you. i bet you and i could sit for hours and chat about engine building. we need to get together some time and build something up. one of those neat old gems you have hiding in the basement. big bore, stroker, cam'd, and pipe'd on a nice cushy frame. what ya think?

Muthey, show me the pics! LOL I need rear bearing carrier and brake parts, also the steering stem top cap and washers and the lower steering stem nut as well. A decent wiring harness, coil and any of that stuff is welcome too.

ok veal the pics are in my barn find post the rear bearing carrier is nice and tight so the bearing are in great condition, I can do specific pics of what you were looking for this weekend , as I didn't have much time to tear into it today, repaired my 125 from some of the parts on the new 125 and the 110 I now have. I plan on making a runner or 2 out of the new 125, and 110, so will be a very busy weekend for me and mine.

Wouldn't you know it. The 90 was coming apart fine. I had soaked the exhuast nuts with several different products for 3 days. Put the wrench on the first nut, gave it just a nudge....SNAP!!! It just totally ruins your fun, you know? So, it sort of brought a halt to the wrench turning, let alone I had to go find my wrench and a couple other things I kicked into the back yard! LOL Well, not really funny. I'll try and hit the other nut with some heat, but that won't do me much good. DC, get your butt in here! LOL I might end up digging out the old cdi 110 engine and bolting that in. If I can get someone to drill out my stud, since I have to take the engine apart, I may just build it up. So much for quick and dirty! LOL
