Just picked up this 86' R... It has a durablue sticker on it, but i've had multiple people tell me that it is not a durablue. So.... what is it? It looks way too nice for a home made job.

Any input is appreciated.

Yes, he painted them. I have the original wheels with spider tracks on them though. Anyone else know what this swinger is??

Did Champion ever make a 250r swinger? I know they made tubular Tecate arms but don't know if they ever made one for a 250r.

It looks like yours, but there are a few differences. Do you know what brand yours is?

BKM, I've been doing some research and all I've found about champion was that they made tecate swing arms.

I'm really curious to know what brand this is.... I want to paint it back to the original color.

I do find it weird that the color is exactly the same as durablue, and its got a durablue sticker on it. Just looks nothing like the others I have seen.

I am 97% sure it is NOT Dura Blue. All that I had were square steel. Forever, yours looks different to me,,not just the bracing towards the carrier and 4 pinch bolts. the answer you seek is laying here next to me in this pile of mags! If I only had the time. I will scan some and see what I can come up with.

I was surprised to find an aftermarket swingarm in canada... First bike i've seen with one from around here.

Did you know them guys made BMX bikes BITD too? I had no idea up until a few weeks ago.
I kinda thought it was a "Champion" also..
But the color and Durablue sticker is throwing me for a loop.

It is crazy though because the color is almost dead on for the durablue swingers. Is durablue still owned by the same people from back in the day because maybe there is an old timer there that could ID it as one of their own?
