The 70 is just about ready...

Got the 70 about finished tonight. Just need to get the carb back in and figure out how to raise up the fender
a little as it is a bit closer to the tire than I like. I suppose I could also get some wheel spacers to move them out
a bit so the fender is over the lower part of the tire. I'll get to that next week.

Gotta work on getting the DG pipe in the Zinger this weekend and the new fender on that as well.

Ordering 3/120 bolt adapters for the Zinger so we can get some real wheels and tires on it. Those should be in the next few weeks.
The NOS fender I bought for the Zinger is really pretty. Almost hate to put it on, but what the heck they both have to look
good while we get our butts kicked on the track.

thats where that set of nos zinger plastics went on ebay. I thought they didnt bid up to the reserve, I was gonna try and get them. Dont get any crazy tread for the zinger because you wont be able to take turns with a slide when you have a good tread. I use the stock tires and do fine but russ has front tires to a lawn mower on his.

Yeah I was the high bidder, but it didn't hit reserve. I called them and got them shipped out to me.

The tires Con has on the Zinger now are 145s so they are way too small and really slow it up. Gotta look into what
would be good for the new rims.
