View Full Version : What are these rims for/from?

I've got a set of rear rims that I have no idea what they came off of. Anybody out there got a clue?

They are gold anodized, heavy duty (rolled bead lips, 3 layer center construction). Stamped "Yamaha" and "9X8.5AT". They measure 9" diameter x 8.5" wide (measured inside to inside bead faces), with a 4" (front) / 4.5" (rear) offset. The lug pattern is 4 @ 115mm.

Every link I've seen for rim sizes never lists a Yamaha with 8.5" wide rims, so I'm clueless. Would like to sell them, but don't know what they're actually for. Help?

I am pretty sure those are old banshee rims, don't know what year though. They put gold rims on the banshee from 88 all the way to 99.
