Haz Mat ??

Tried to place an order with service honda. One of the items was a tire. I got an email from them stating they could'nt process my order becouse the tire is now considerd haz-mat and they cant ship it. Has anyone else had this problem?

That don't smell right. Did you order any fluids along with the tire? I know some places void free shipping for large items like tires, maybe you just got the wrong canned message? Phones are still better than emails when it comes to gettiong stuff sorted out. Give em a call.

Tires are not haz mat there shipping code is and fright class is 742 not has mat

Well I gave them a call this morning. Apparntly the guy who placed my order was let go. The lady did say they were having an issue shipping tires but was resolved and the guy that was let go just didnt want to do the work. So anywho its all good now , just a 3 day delay in my parts.

I've tried to order atv rear fenders and tires threw service Honda and I always get the call saying it has to be shipped ups freight and was quoted an astronomical price . Hope its all fixed now ? World of powersports is my second choice for oem .
